This notice covers Crumbvolt: Robot vs House and this support website. The developer responsible for the app is the independent publisher identified in its App Store listing. For questions or privacy requests, use the developer contact form.

Your game progress

The game stores progress, settings, unlocked content and recent run summaries locally on your device. No game account is required. The game does not upload these run summaries to a developer analytics server. Device backups, if enabled, may be handled by Apple under your device settings.

Advertising

The iOS app integrates Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Advertising services may process IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers where permitted, ad interactions, performance information and diagnostic data to deliver and measure ads, prevent abuse and manage privacy choices. The data processed depends on device settings, applicable requirements and consent choices.

Where required, the app asks for advertising privacy choices before requesting ads. Available choices can be revisited through the app's advertising privacy settings. Refusing optional consent does not require you to stop playing. Optional rewarded ads provide the stated in-game reward only when completion is confirmed by the advertising service.

Contacting the developer

Messages submitted through the game or this website are sent through Formspree to the developer. They contain the message and any reply email address you choose to provide. The app does not automatically attach your gameplay history or device diagnostics to a support message. Formspree and email providers may also handle technical information needed to deliver messages and prevent spam.

A reply email is optional; without one, the developer cannot reply directly. Do not include passwords, payment details or identity documents. Read Formspree's privacy policy.

This website

The site is hosted using Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process network and request information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We have not added advertising scripts, analytics tools or social tracking pixels to this site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

Local progress remains on your device until you reset it or remove the app's local data. Support messages are used to address requests and maintain necessary support records. You may use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of information you sent to the developer; information sufficient to locate and verify the request may be needed. Advertising and hosting providers apply their own retention practices and privacy controls. Deleting local progress does not automatically delete records held by those providers.

Children and sensitive information

Do not send personal information about children or sensitive personal information through the contact form. If you believe such information has been submitted, contact the developer to request its removal.

International processing and changes

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices explain their processing and safeguards. This notice may be updated when the app or its services change; the date above will identify the latest version.
